            In connection with our cooperation on February 20, 2017, we would like to inform you that there are some items that we buy from your store, the quality is not what we ordered. The quality of our fabric message does not match the fabric delivered. If we calculate the cost of our losses due to the use of this unqualified raw material of about Rp 1,000,000.00. So we hope there is a follow-up from you as of Original Textile Shop online.

we want the raw materials that are now on us replaced with new, higher quality raw materials like our previous orders.
